Overall a pretty shabby resort. We were in the units out on the wharf with great views but they are certainly much older and not well-maintained. We were in 461 and the (likely asbestos) popcorn ceiling was peeling off in the living room...not cool). The 1st room we checked into had COMPLETELY fogged windows so that you couldn't see out of them. We asked to have our sheets changed and new towels (mid-stay), $35 charge, no big deal, but they didn't do it and then said they had done it the day before (except that I hadn't called for it until 9:00pm that night). It got done the next day but, really, just a poor look for the hotel. Great value for the price paid, however, so not unhappy, but measure your expectations.

The Cliffside Inn is a lovely boutique inn. Staff extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Jo Jo and Bethany and cleaning staff very nice. Stayed in the ST. George suite and very charming and comfortable with a water view and fireplace. Breakfast exceptional with nice variety. Afternoon wine hour also very nice with wine variety and light snacks. A beautiful vacation and exceptional Inn.

"Wasn’t bad but the rooms could use some decor/color. Bigger pillows on the bed would have been better than 4 small what looked like couch pillows. Was a bit noisy as you hear everyone walking down the hall and could hear someone using bathroom in rooms next to you."
